一、我们收集什么

仅收集：你的邮箱、你上传的图片与填写的文字、审核记录、回应记录，以及为防滥用所需的访问日志（IP 与时间）。不作画像，不用于投放，不用于训练任何模型。

作品文件由程序完成技术处理（格式校验、去 EXIF、重编码），内容由馆长亲自审核。除托管服务商（Cloudflare）为存储与分发所必需外，不向任何第三方提供你的作品。

二、你要声明的

上传时必须声明：这是本人原创，或你已持有合法权利。翻拍、临摹、二次加工他人作品，须另有权源依据。收到有效投诉或核实为非原创，作品会立即停止展示，并走「先行隐藏 → 核对初步权源材料 → 通知作者 → 允许一次申诉 → 7 日内给出结论」的流程。

三、暂不展示的内容

本馆首发面向 18 岁以上成年人。以下暂不展示：可识别的未成年人肖像；无授权的第三人肖像；清晰血腥内容；性内容；真实个人隐私信息（地址、证件、行程等）；冒充真人实拍的 AI 图像。规则不评价艺术水平，只决定是否展示。

四、评审、退改与申诉

先审后发。未通过会说明原因，你可退改一次或申诉一次。审核按周处理，不承诺实时。过审不等于入选月展。

五、撤展、删除、额度

撤展只是停止展示，文件保留、仍占用你的账号额度、可恢复。删除需二次确认，删除后立即停止所有展示、释放额度，主文件与滚动备份将在 7 日内清理。撤展 ≠ 删除 ≠ 释放额度。

账号保有量上限 100 件（含待审与撤展），每期（自然月）新增上限 2 件；全站待审队列满额时暂停收稿，不排队——处理完成、有空位后自动恢复。

六、回应

单层回应，无楼中楼，每人每作 1 条，先审后发，按周处理。613384268@qq.com 是投诉与撤展申请通道，每天查看一次。

1. What we collect

Only: your email address, the image and text you submit, review records, response records, and access logs needed to prevent abuse (IP and time). No profiling, no advertising, no model training.

Files go through automated technical processing (format validation, EXIF removal, re-encoding); content is reviewed by a human. Your work is not shared with any third party except the hosting provider (Cloudflare) as required for storage and delivery.

2. What you declare

On submission you must declare that the work is your own original work, or that you hold the rights to it. Reproductions and derivative works of others require a separate rights basis. On a valid complaint or verified lack of originality, the work is taken down immediately through: temporary hiding → review of the complainant's initial rights evidence → notice to the maker → one appeal → conclusion within 7 days.

3. What is not shown

The gallery opens to adults (18+) only. Not shown at this stage: identifiable minors; unauthorised portraits of third parties; explicit gore; sexual content; real private information (addresses, IDs, itineraries); photorealistic AI images passed off as photographs. Rules never judge artistic quality — only whether something is shown.

4. Review, revision and appeal

Nothing is published before review. If a work is not approved you get a stated reason, one revision and one appeal. Reviews are handled weekly, not in real time. Approval does not mean selection into the monthly exhibition.

5. Withdrawal, deletion, quotas

Withdrawal only stops display: files are kept, your quota is still used, and it can be restored. Deletion requires a second confirmation, stops all display immediately, releases the quota, and clears the master file and rolling backups within 7 days. Withdrawal ≠ deletion ≠ quota release.

Account limit: 100 works (including those in review or withdrawn). Per-issue (calendar month) limit: 2 new works. When the site-wide review queue is full, submissions pause without queuing and resume automatically once space frees up.

6. Responses

Single-level responses, no threading, one per person per work, reviewed before publishing, handled weekly. 613384268@qq.com is the channel for complaints and withdrawal requests, checked daily.
